THEY want to SAY "JEST-EATING PAY-RENT" instead of MUTHR which is a TOTAL lie because WHEN I was a LANDLORD in Queens my PAY-RENTS tried to STEAL the COPPER pipes from THE walls to buy CHEAP burgers but I CAUGHT them and LOCKED them in the BASEMENT for a weekend. NO water for THEM! Total losers!
